    • Hopeful Dennis/Kris are enjoying the high seas of Bahama's!
    • Got some Vette time w/ DBIL. 104 came fast! We went to brewery (not his thing), but he enjoyed the setup/service and amazing venue they created.
    • Dinner last night was amazing....split a Tomahawk with DBIL. NOT WW friendly!

    That's a big chunk of meat, Skip.

    Despite a week with several days going over my WW plan, I hit a new low on the scale, yesterday.

    Called in to the courthouse and learned that my group is required to report for jury duty Monday morning. I still might be released after that. Fingers crossed.

    Mid 50's and I've NEVER been tapped for Jury Duty (knock on wood)!

    DW about a decade ago did - had to phone in daily but never actually had to go in for anything.

    Nice walk with M along local scenic river this am. Interestingly, I find walking sticks super handy on trails and they definitely take impact off my knees and feet, but M can't figure out how to use them. So we go where the terrain is not so challenging.

    104? I think I did that in my Edge while we were blowing through Tennessee. 🤣

    We hit the Michter's distillery downtown yesterday and saw the Thunder Over Louisville festivities. TOL wasn't a thing when I was a kid.

    Morning gang

    Condo party was super fun. We did a terrible job of mingling but met 2 new couples...one here visiting and one here long term.

    Ron wants to go play pickleball this morning. I'd rather just go to the gym today but we'll see what I feel like in an hour.

    Today needs to be meal prep day...we are out of everything easy to grab.

    A second comment on auto speed. I once rode with another guy from Stuttgart to Frankfurt for a conference. We were in an old European Ford. The guy drove 120 mph on the Autobahn. The steering was a bit wonky, so the car drifted around the lane a bit. It was hypnotic and terrifying at the same time.

    How fast did you get to 104? How did you cook that tomahawk? Med rare!?

    Philharmonic wasn’t that great last night. We all agreed not to get season tickets next year. We only went 3 times. Gave away all the tickets.

    Mulch done except 12 bags. We’re redoing the fence so will use then.

    Sunday night aleady?

    Productive with new shower surround installed and some new blinds. Colder remps so boat stayed covered.

    Looking at a lanother local rv for sale near our homestead at 7pm. We're almost there.
