    Interesting, Lee. I would add that my perception of my own feelings are greatly influenced by my recent weight loss. I feel a lot younger at 165 lbs. than I did at 193. That stems both from just feeling better, with more energy and fewer random aches and pains, and psychologically feeling better. The thin guy I see in the mirror looks more like the Dave of memory.

    Shop time this morning; banking and eye doctor appointment (which got me off jury duty) this afternoon.

    Overcast today so I'm guessing pickleball is in our future. I need to hurry up my coffee and socials so I have time to stretch.

    We met a fascinating woman at Spanish class last night. She is from Kansas but got a scholarship to Vassar in the 50 s and through a bunch of great coincidences/hard work/hustle worked for several presidents and taught FBI agents. What an amazing story she had. In addition her first husband work with the rotary to provide leanwater to an African country and her second worked on the first military drone testing. I could listen to her stories all night.
