If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

Name: (if you'd like to share)

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Mondays
5/6/24 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
5/13/24
5/20/24
5/27/24 (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month

It was also suggested that we could track our measurements at the beginning of each month to see how we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

    I know it's mainly water weight, but I've been sticking to tracking my calories religiously, getting a little exercise, and staying within my calorie range. I needed a little win.

    My birthday is on Tuesday, May 14 and I won't be tracking that day. My husband is taking the day off work and we're planning to have a picnic with sandwiches and bubble tea for lunch then sushi for dinner with a French custard fruit tart for my birthday dessert. After that it's back on track, so I'm not worried about one day of indulgence setting me back. 💝 With the help of therapy, I'm trying really hard to reinforce healthier attitudes about food... So this will be one of my first chances to put what I've learnt into practice. 🤞

    Still sticking to tracking my food (win) and taking walks multiple times a week (win). Did have a day I went over but I still tracked the good, bad, and ugly and didn't go on a complete bingefest.

    1lb off but still pleased ^_^ 265 was my previous best before covid lockdowns (it wasn't actually covid that halted my plans, I had 3 years of chronic hives that burst out whenever I moved so I basically stopped doing anything at all!) I feel like I definitely -look- way, wayyy bigger than I did at just 6lb lighter last time, but I think for some reason I now carry almost all my weight in my stomach >_> Looking forward to hitting 265 next month though as it was my first big milestone!

    @Gnawcraft Amazing job!! 9 lbs in one month is outstanding! Ugh I feel you on the skin issues and also on holding weight differently this time. It's tough to not be able to exercise much bc of skin problems and having to be strict on diet only to see results. 😭 I'm rooting for you to hit your milestone next month! 🎉

    @mmatcha_latte aw thank you for your lovely words! I'm off to a funny start to the week with a visit to A&E and unable to walk for a week (classic me haha). Should be totally fine next week though for bringing back the exercise!

    You had a fab month too, I appreciate it falls off quickly at my size compared to yours. You're so close to the 100s instead of 200s, that's suuuuper exciting!

    Met my goal weight for the month - I'll take it. I did have a bingefest over memorial day weekend but other than that I've been staying within my range and tracking diligently. One month, one week, one day, one hour, one minute at a time.
