Im new..ish

I have been on MFP on and off since around 2017, I have NEVER got involved in any community bits I have purely used it for tracking.
BUT today I finally Hit goal (first one lol) :D Prior to the pandemic I was running often and did the GSR, then injured my foot and haven't done ANY running since 2020!! So I'm here for it, I've signed up to GSR again for motivation, I'm really hoping this keeps me on track to getting those miles back in my legs!
I wont lie I still have no clue how this part of it all works so If I drop off the radar its most likely I'm stuck in a cyber space hole somewhere xx

    I’m in a similar boat. I’ve been with MFP for years but never participated in a group. Used to run but haven’t run consistently in years. Looking to get more consistent on exercise and diet.
