If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Mondays
6/3/24 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
6/10/24
6/17/24
6/24/24 (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month
It was also suggested that we could track our measurements at the beginning of each month to see how we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

My goals for this month are: walking 3x per week and eating at least 30 different plants per week. 💛 The only event I have in June is my husband's birthday so hopefully I can stay on track for this month! I'm feeling very motivated to see Onederland soon so I have to stay on track, eyes on the prize!0 -

Sorry I missed last week! I was having a tough time with mental health and weighing myself was pretty much the last thing I wanted to do lol.

I was 265 on Friday but then went to a huge birthday party with friends I'd not seen in over 10 years. MANY cocktails were had >_> I'll try and have a good number this week but I think I ruined my chances at my goal. I'd be thrilled with 265 though since that's the lightest I've been as an adult!
@mmatcha_latte Sorry to hear you had a rough week! I really hope you're feeling a bit better now And you still had a fab week weight wise so well done you!

Well - I lost my consistency during June and instead of losing weight i gained almost a pound. Back at it today though....
