I'm a 5'9 female and today I weigh 127 lbs. Waist is 23 inches, hips are 36, inner thighs are 21. I can't tell if I'm fat, skinny, or somewhere in between.

    Your height, weight and measurements tell me you are thin. Perhaps you just need to tone up? I wish I had your waistline!
