Back from Arlington and its mid-90's temps to be in Texas where we're supposed to top 100 today. 🙄
That's why I went with one of the big practice groups when I came to Austin, Kelly. I've retired two doctors already and just want the plug and play for when my next one retires; probably in a couple years.

Good morning BBB friends.
Met with my PCM yesterday. She was glad I have lost weight but wants me to work on adding muscle mass. There is also a concern for maintaining bone mass as I age. Lifting weights can help in both. I guess a gym membership is in my future.
Looking forward to linking up with Dennis on Sunday.
Going to be a warm, pleasant day in Tumwater: 87 and sunny. I plan to spend a bunch of time in the shop. I started a tall vase in walnut, yesterday, and want to finish rough turning it today.0 -

Our drive home last night was uneventful. Cleaners came while we were gone s9ohome to a fresh condo...except for I need to launder the towels but we have plenty. They charge double to do laundry.
Today gym, massage, Spanish class then groceries. We are out of everything...baked potatoes with onion for lunch as it's the only semi- vegetable in the house0 -
