Good morning BBB friends.
Hope Sam is improving. I had my shoulder worked on year ago and remember the recovery as being painful and very slow. Hang in there, brother.
My back is as recovered as it will ever be, Skip. The surgery sems to have been successful on the right side, maybe 50 percent on the left. I'll take it. I can cope with sciatic pain down one leg and I am back hiking as far as I ever have, even if a little slower than before.
Came home last night and found the handle of a kitchen spatula lying on the floor, with no sign of the silicone head. When I held up the handle and looked at Sassy, she hung her head and lay down in her timeout corner, where she stayed for more than an hour. Now we worry about a potential blockage. Darn dog. She is peacefully sleeping at my elbow, now.0 -
Morning gang.
After doing absolutely nothing yesterday, and eating practically nothing yesterday Ron is doing much better today. He even asked for breakfast today which he doesn't usually eat. He has a massage soon and then maybe Spanish class if he is up to it.

- I am back Lee and adjusting to the new/old time zone.
- Glad to hear Ron is improving and Sam is living better through modern chemistry.
- I can vouch for Dave's back. He seems to be getting around quite well.
- Got up and left early for a morning breakfast ride before it got so hot. I had a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit at Martha Jane's Southern Cookin' in Monticello, GA, home of Trisha Yearwood. You can't get more southern than that.
