    • I feel like I've earned the title of the "most unpopular guy" in this 55+ community! I pulled the plug on the "free K-cup" coffee service, which was burning through $700 a month, and decided to wrap up the pool season right after Labor Day – all in an attempt to patch up a $30,000 owner equity deficit. I'm in a no-win situation, attempting to keep everyone smiling and break even for next year.
    • Did I mention.....I am NOT an accountant. Nor desire to be.
    • Perhaps I missed it.....Kelly, whats the follow up? You have a follow up, right? (yes...we are that annoying voice in your head reminding you to follow up).
    • Long day ahead.

    Cheers,
    Skip

    Good morning BBB friends.

That has to be a massively large development, Skip.

Another cool cloudy day. Another morning making sawdust and shavings. Kind of dull.

    Good morning.

At least now i know why everything hurts. 😢

I'd never had it in the 4 years it's been a thing, so I didn't recognize muscle fatigue as symptom.

Sorry about COVID Lou, but it lets you know you are loved because someone shared.
Skip, someone has to face reality; if not when folks get ready sell and realtor is doing their job properties will be greatly devalued. Commons needing repairs and HOA not having adequate funds has caused many developments to go into disrepair making values drop below loan values.
    Hope Kelly is well

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I rode the motorbike to my Emmaus Reunion group this morning. That's 2 check marks.
    • Bummer Lou. The good news is nobody will question your sick days. Get well my friend.
    • Skip, do you have anyone working in the clubhouse? We had the same problem with the K-cups. We now charge a dollar for them, and they are behind the desk. It cut down on the demand and prevents a handful of them ending up in some little old lady's purse.
    • I have work and studying to do today. Have a good one BBB.

Man Lou, so sorry. My mom
Had it last week. She sounded awful. Horrible hacking cough.

On my part. I’ve called several places here in town. No one is taking new patients. I do appreciate the reminder. No one here has asked me. Ha. That’s on top of my list tomorrow. I have to find a guy or gal.

Headed to Wisconsin Thursday to help #1 move now. I’m making all sorts of food and freezing tonight so we can have a proper dinner Saturday with the entire family. Only 6 of us. Homemade lasagna which is a killer recipe. Very thick and heavy.
Breakfast casserole with maple sausage in it and the gf is requesting my chicken tortilla soup. I love to cook so no problem.

No one likes to be “ that guy!” How dare to take away those K cups. Ha ha ha.
How about those landscaping fees? Those are where around here, a company can get in a lot cheaper and do just as good a job. Another big saver is only having them grade the snow when it’s over 3” deep. I am not an accountant but I do pretend to be one sometimes. Ha ha ha.

Steph. I loved your pictures that you and Ron took in the helicopter yesterday. How cool was that?!

Sam, on Elsie's second Christmas I presented her with a blanket chest with two drawers below the chest part. On Andrew's second Christmas, I gave him an oak carpenter's tool chest with his name carved in the lid and two layers of sliding treys inside. Both items have been used as toy boxes but will morph into other roles as the kids grow up. I used to make things for them all the time. They have both used a maple highchair I made, a small table with four chairs I made, a big set of Lincoln logs, in a storage chest, I made, along with small-sized Adirondak chairs, wooden swords, shields, wizards wands, blocks, wagons, wooden cars and planes, and a lot of other stuff I have forgotten about. I have stayed busy over the years.

    Hi all

No power here is morning so we went out for breakfast and then a scenic drive around the gulf. Nothing to do along the way but an interesting drive.

Dad stepmother and her mom are in Ireland. They used the flight credit from when they canceled visiting us in New Zealand. Her dad was going to go also but he fell last week and cracked a couple of ribs so backed out. I hope they have fun.
