    Mornin' men.

Off to the woods in a couple of hours. Got all my shopping done and sorted individual meals by day. Time consuming, but much easier to get at when your living at a picnic table and firepit.

Meanwhile my mouth is watering for a BLT. Maybe when I get back...

    Nice cool morning.
How frustrating, Dave. I would have to do calming breathing exercises for a week or two.
Yesterday was actually a pretty normal, relaxed, drama free day at work. Need that every now and then.
DW bought me some chicken bacon for my BLTs. NOT. THE. SAME.

    Onward and Downward ;-)

    Good morning!

After wild storms last night, Frankie let me sleep until about 6:30 this morning. Woot!

Thanks to Woody the woodchuck who is now living on lakefront property, I don't have any of our own tomatoes for a BLT. I'm going to the local farmer's market after Frankie's walk this morning.

We are now going into a stretch of dry, but hot weather. I really do want to get some yard work done. I'm trying to live without lists, but this old bean counter is finding it hard to give up some habits that stretch over decades.

I did get my weight bench moved back to the basement. It is going to be easier now for me to both lift weights and to use the treadmill.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Chicken bacon? Yuck.

Got the estimate done on the car repair: $2,400. They say the car will be in the shop for 10 days to two weeks. All the fancy paints and clearcoats they use now have to cure, I guess. I drop it off next week. Glad we bought the Tacoma, so I don't have to deal with rentals.

I try to make lists and just can't do it. Most of my days just happen as the whims strike me. We need to meet in t the middle somewhere, Steve.

Oooooh "OFF TO THE WOODS" sounds great. Much better than out to ye olde woodshed for a would be whoopin' Just Sayin.

Yikes Dave so sorry about your car.

My eye Doc was astounded at my eye recovery in my appt yesterday. Basically went from "zero" vision (a couple of weeks ago) (Uh no see-um the eye chart let alone the big "E") to 20/70 by taking care of myself and not waiting to start taking some additional eye meds. The doc still has no real idea of what happened but a couple of scenarios. Thanks for all the good Ts and Ps from all of you. They make me feel good.
    Cheers all.

    Good Morning

Bob, that is great news on the eye! You have had your plate full. I am glad to here of the progress.

I haven't done well with lists of late. I seem to have lost that work skill. I now have started to focus on just a couple things at a time. So far so good.
