New to the group- cancer and sepsis survivor with arthritis and chronic pain, not very mobile due to orthopedic problems, but trying hard to lose weight and get fitter!
happily retired Healthcare pro,liv with husband and daughter and 7 cats!

    Hi - I’m also suffering with same issues. Minus the husband and cats. Let’s hope this works. I’m ready to give it a shot!
