- Hard to believe summer is coming to an end! WOWZA!
- Hood "pool regulars" all celebrated with our International Student lifeguards and gave them a nice "tip" to send them back home.
- PT this morning and Nat's game tonight.
- Tucker saw a deer on our "morning business" and wouldn't perform. Ugh!

Good morning.
I had every intention of sleeping until 7 this morning after FINALLY getting home at about 11 last night, but old man bladder decided it had an opinion on the matter around 5AM.
Something that United needs to work on is basic math. A gallon of jet fuel weighs 6.75 pounds. They know how much gas they have, so why they were having trouble figuring out weight distribution that made us miss our chance to leave DC before the storm rolled in is a mystery. It's not like we had a Sumo team on our flight.0 -

PT this morning with no other plans for day.
I cannot understand folks looking at calendar to decide when to close pool, we would leave our pool open as long as it was being used which was regulated by temperature and weather.
Bladder may call at 5 but I head straight back to bed.
Kelly as they get older they will learn to get along,
Hope Mary and family are having a great time at lake.

Sassy has little interest in deer, other than basic curiosity. Squirrels, on the other hand....
Took Sassy for another nice little 5-mile hike in the forested trails at the park yesterday. She didn't bark at other dogs, or even respond when they barked at her. And when we stepped aside to let others pass at narrow spots, she just sat at my feet and watched them placidly. Best she has ever behaved. Maybe the third anniversary of her coming home with us flipped a switch.
Those forest walks with Sassy are also followed by some time getting all the pitchy fir needles out of her feathers, Lee.
It's 50 right now, but heading to 80 in the afternoon, and the lawn mower is on my calendar.0 -

Morning gang
We have stretch class this morning and Spanish this afternoon.
Peso is up to 19 to 1 so also need to stop by the ATM. All tipping here is in cash. I prefer just doing it on the card but that's just not common. Also need to get enough out to tip the cleaning ladies, make a donation to the place I've been teaching art and for the toll road to San Carlos.
Glad sassy out of her toddler years. Well behaved dogs on hiking trails are the best. Good job teaching her.0 -
Had a great day with dh, perfect weather here.
Craft fair in a.m. then some dgs play time shenanigans, we got a bubble blowing mower he can push around, boat ride, maybe some fishing we'll see.
