    Sept Goals ( covid recovery)

    Miles tracked: 53 / 65
    Apple Challenge: Reach my daily move goal 17 times. 12 / 17

    I think I've hit a small wall when trying to carve out some exercise time. The bathroom remodel starts this week and I'm preparing all the days beforehand. We'll spend the 1st night of the remodel away to minimize Ryan's exposure to potential mold. I'm hoping he'll feel good enough to have some sort of fun away. A Visit to the beach or a nice walk at a different park.

    @Deeder522 A day away sounds fun. For me, being outside has a way of boosting my mood. I hope you are able to convince Ry to do something.
    I had my third aerobics class last night and my body is hurting less the next day so I think that’s a good sign. Hopefully I won’t be too tired when I get home to squeeze in 1 mile. I do appreciate your posts. They keep me motivated.

    Today was Demo prep for me. We cleared out the bathroom of nearly all personal belongings. I picked up the new bathtub, and tile sample, and started figuring out what to pack for our night or 2 away.
    🤞🏻Fingers crossed it's smooth sailing from here.

    Feel free to walk a few extra steps for me. 😉

    Outside mile yesterday and aerobics class tonight. Trying to finish September strong.

    It hasn't been the smoothest of sailing so far. New Tub had a crack and we had to switch out the door for a slightly smaller one. They found a butt load of mold when they opened the shower walls and they didn't tent like we thought they would. All the mold spores went into the air and Ryan started to "crash".
    We have had to extend our stay with our friends, who we are very grateful for. The bathroom isn't usable yet.😣
    I am, however, getting my flights of stairs out here. We are staying on the lower level but must go to the main floor for our cooking and eating needs. 10-14 flights of stairs a day so far. As nice as it is, we really would like to get home again.

    My Sept goals were to exercise every day and do the Leslie 30 minute fast walk at least 1x/ week, and I’m very proud that I met my goals. There were a couple weeks I actually did the 30 minute 2x. Yay me! I’m still thinking on my October goal. It might just be a duplicate of Sept. I want to keep it realistic and attainable.
    Love to read everyone’s posts. It keeps me motivated knowing I’m not in this healthy lifestyle alone.
