    A subway series would be kind of cool, but what if the Mets won? That would be unbearable.
    Up early to drive the hour to the trial. Girls are ready.

    Beautiful fall day out here, with a high of 72, sunshine and leaves nearing their peak. Repeat tomorrow, then nothing but 50s and rain.

    • Rode to our favorite BBQ joint with Toad and Sam yesterday.
    • I have to give a talk at our Men's breakfast Monday, so I better go write down some comments.

    Morning gang.

    Happy hour was canceled last night and since I didn't want to spend point for just us to have a drink we went for a drive instead. We found several hiking trailheads and checked out the parking situation for the bicycle event we might go watch tonight. It's a 8 km lap race...as many laps as you can do in 4 hours.

    Ron thinks he is getting sick, feeling pretty achy (blamed it on our last workout...we are trying a new routine which is to lift heavy to failure 6-12 reps) but since he is still in bed at 9am I'm guessing it's a bug.

    Yeap it's my 60th. Born back on Oct 12th, when it was called Columbus Day.

    My family is spoiling me. I'm blessed and grateful!
