@Divine_Progress I am so glad you joined our group; I just stumbled upon your comment. I will bookmark this new thread of yours and follow your progress. I'm guessing your challenge is to work up to or to do these exercises each day? My knees don't bother me unless I do squats, lunges, or jogging. Other than that, they are fine. Needless to say, I don't do those exercises! Pretty much, only @beccaboo1276414 and I are to only ones occasionally posting. Another lady was also a regular, but she somehow was booted off the site; I'm confident it was not due to her doing anything wrong!
