I guess the threat of violence at polling stations is suppose to deter people who would vote a certain way. Praying for a peaceful day, and people get to vote their conscience.
Well, the Chiefs defense didn't dominate and Kelce was ho-hum, so I was humiliated on the fantasy football field.
Bob, Colorado is definitely calling me. I will miss this place that I will have spent 38 years of my adult life, I have carved out a very comfortable niche, but I will love being near my DGS, DS, and DDIL. I think there is a niche out there for me.
How did the queen's crown fit?

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Good morning!

I stayed up too late watching the game, and got up too early with Frankie. But, the Chiefs pulled it out again in yucky weather. We might see some sun today. It has been good getting rain the last several days.

Connie and I voted last week. We will just be watching returns this evening.

Bill, safe travels. Will be praying for your mother and your family.

Dave, those anniversaries are rough. Will remember your family in prayer too.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Voting in Washington is all by mail or drop box. No polling lines here. We voted three weeks ago. I will not watch the returns. We'll find a good movie to watch. Hope there is a clear decision tomorrow.

Woke at 3, for no good reason and gave up and came downstairs at 4:30. Found the coffee timer didn't work - our power was out for several hours yesterday, and I didn't reprogram properly. It is going to be a bad day, I fear.

    Good Morning,
It's election day and politicians are still texting for money, many from out of state and from both sides of the aisle. Bless their heart.
Pablo did not sleep well last night and did not eat yesterday. He ate about 1/2 what was leftover this morning. Sleeping sound now, we walked a couple of miles this morning.
Coffee not ready or off par can easily ruin my day. Yet we should never let anything like that have control in our lives.
Same thing for elections, if all parties and branches of government are working, they cannot disrupt my life. May not like something but the pendulum swings both ways.

    Good Morning
We dropped our ballots at the ballot box at city hall the day before we left. I don't watch the results. I'll check in tomorrow on it. I can't believe how many text numbers I have blocked from the election. I haven't been in a political party in well over a decade, perhaps two. Doesn't seem to matter. Flight home was uneventful which is good. I managed to drop a couple pounds through tracking, MTBC and just being aware of my choices. This morning we are off to Florence to meet with our local realtor and see a three homes. Most of the ones we had high interest in have accepted offers in the last 2 weeks. Homes are moving fast in Florence now. Regrettably, for me house prices have come down. We still had just the one low ball offer and another couple with all sorts of questions on our house. Frustrating.

Dave is smart about watching returns out here. We voted in a drop box and also had signed up for notification that our vote was received. I have no interest in spending too much time watching "early returns". We have stuff recorded to watch.
Oh my coffee timer not working. YIKES. Sadly I push a button first thing in the morning and it brews whilst I am doing early morning stuff. Sorry about your power.
Hopefully the requests fo money and various vicious ads will end soon but not soon enough for me.
Hey lots of Ts and Ps for a peaceful election.

    Hangin' in there
