MyFitnessPal and Fitbit are not syncing

Hello. I've been using MyFitnessPal (MFP) and Fitbit together for years. Every once in a while, they randomly disconnect; I then go through the process of disconnecting the apps (both in MFP and Fitbit) and then reconnecting and syncing them, at which point my calories burned are again transferred from Fitbit into MFP. Today, however, when the two apps failed talk to each other for whatever reason, and I did the disconnect/reconnect/sync process (several times), my calories burned data still is not transferring from Fitbit to MFP, even though both apps say they are connected to each other. Any advice on how to correct this?

i came here because my exercise adjustment from fitbit hasn’t worked for two days, although everything else seems to be in sync. so i guess it’s yet another thing.0

Exactly the same thing for me. It shows yesterdays steps with zero calories. I’m having to update manually based on a hopefully similar activity day.0

Same anyone report it?0

This is now working for me.0

Well, that was short lived. Back to yesterday’s steps and zero calories.1

My steps of 11/13 reflect step count of 11/12. Not sure what's up but it's not right. Today is off too so far.0

It worked fine yesterday when it had not worked for 5 days. Then today, same issue. Yesterday's steps are there for today, TDEE calculated based on sync at 12:15am with no updates since then.

It has been wonky for me since Sunday 11/10. That day shows Saturday's step count and zero calories, and ignores the actual Sunday step count. Monday is correct. Tuesday shows Monday's step count, zero calories, and an activity synced from Garmin. Wednesday has accurate steps and an activity synced from Garmin. Today shows Wednesday's steps with zero calories and an activity synced from Garmin. When you add this to the issues of the weird calorie stuff that caused me to turn off exercise calories a month or two ago... I'm not sure Premium is worth it. This is too much trouble.0

Same thing for me. I’ve reported it, waiting for a follow up response, as I have sent screenshots today.0

I have received this response today.
We are aware of the problem with Fitbit steps syncing to the incorrect day.
We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding.1 -
Oh thank god, I'm so glad this isn't just my app and to see the map is aware. I literally just joined this group to see if anyone else was experiencing this.0

I'm having the same problem. It seems to sync once between midnight and 01:00 AM, then it stops syncing for the rest of the day. It's also showing me yesterday's step total as today's step total. Hope they fix it soon0

So mine has been syncing correctly for a few days, but today it’s gone back to showing yesterday’s steps with zero calorie adjustment. I hope they get this fixed properly soon. I’ll follow up if it doesn’t correct over the weekend.0

This is the response I have received today from MFP, which doesn't bode well as it's a FitBit issue and they don't care about their customers anymore. I will try to contact FitBit but I'm not expecting much.
We have reached out to Fitbit, who has confirmed the issue is on their end, and that they are actively investigating the issue to find a resolution. If we have any updates, we will make sure to update our Integration Known Issues page here. We do not have an estimated time of resolution that we're able to provide you with at this time.0 -

Its been ten days since you got that response. Obviously they aren't taking it seriously.
Was it fitbit or MFP that responded? Do you have a contact?0
