    Good morning!

I'm starting to feel better, Connie not so much.

Darned Buffalo Bills. The Chiefs just didn't play like they wanted to win yesterday. Kelce was held to 8 yds. Mahomes didn't look like his heart was fully in the game.

It is colder and rainy in Kansas today. I'm going to try to get a few things done around the house and get some groceries into the pantry. We are out of critical items like Coke.

Dave, I think that you could raise your prices by 3 or 4 times and still sell. You have such beautiful work.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

I agree with the worth of your work, Dave.
Some kind of bug is going around out in Colorado too. DGS brought it home from daycare.
Thankfully, I didn't need Kelce to win my fantasy matchup this week. I believe that Taylor may have eyes for Josh Allen.
I actually got stuff down around the house and yard yesterday. Plus a large batch of Green Chili Pheasant Soup made. Very good low point eats.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Good morning gentlemen.

I had a good day, football-wise, yesterday. Miraculously, the Seahawks beat the 49ers, and my two Duck QBs, Nix and Herbert, both won.

Making some white bean chili is one of my go-to low-point meals. Sadly, I have no pheasant in the freezer, so I use Costco chicken. With a good shake of green Tabasco for some zip and a spoon of light sour cream for garnish ... fantastic.

Heading to the store to buy supplies for our early Thanksgiving. I am cooking for the clan on Saturday. They will be up in Seattle on Thanksgiving Day, at DDIL's sister's apartment. I haven't cooked a turkey in five or six years. We'll see how it goes.

    Good Morning

I took it slow yesterday and got the laundry done, finished tuning the dulcimer and the temporary set up here. I hope to incorporate it into my advent. I've got a few errands to run but other than that I will do a bit of studying, a bit of hammering and some organizing. My son has offered to start doing some of the cooking again. I didn't say no.

Yup Seahawks pulled one off against the SF 49ers. I agree the ducks lack the luster of a number one team but then the also-rans have lost games. Finally the Ducks have a bye week to recuperate and get ready for Washington (never an easy game)

Lee's pheasant soup sounds great for us peasants teehee.

Glad ya made some money at the bazaar with your woodworking Dave.

Oh Sam is off to PT physical torture after Romeo's.

Cold and rainy here too (what I call "stingy raindrops") with the temps in the hi 30s to start out. Nasty bike ride but was prepared clothing wise. The harsh shower did let up along the way which was good.
My disc brakes scream like a wounded banshee when they get too wet and cold. Hate that.
