Hi Everyone, I'm new to this group. I'm at 168.4, a stubborn one, and, per my dietician, I need to be at 135. So, I have over 25 lbs to go, and I think the motivation of a group with weekly check-ins could be helpful.

Your goal weight is similar to mine. I’ve got 25 more pounds to lose to reach my goal window of 135-140. Checkin in daily or weekly can really help with accountability. What diet and lifestyle habits have you adopted to reach your goals? I have to eat gluten and dairy free and mfpal gives me 1420 calories to eat without exercise. I enjoy walking/jogging/running and strength training with free weights. I’ve been at this for yrs now, still going, I’m in it for the long run. Disease prevention and long term health is the big big goal. Let’s do it! 🙌0
