Ron's foot is acting up today so we are canceling our planned hike. I won't complain...my allergies have been kicking my *kitten* this week. So we are going for a drive soon then more trip planning this afternoon. Need to get the storage unit in Houston nailed down and plan Peru so i know how long to spend in Costa Rica.0 -

The dog let me sleep until 9 today and was rewarded with a long walk in the rain since I was too late to go the synagogue.
Today's the lighting of the Capitol Christmas tree in Austin, but since it's raining the dog will have to wait for another opportunity to "voice" his opinion on state politics.
I've scheduled a well vet visit for next week to pepper her with questions about being a dog parent.

Cold here this morning but should warm into mid 50's
Going to make a pot of chili then watch SEC game as Dawgs are playing.

Some of younger folks in neighborhood took American flag down and strung lights up flag pole making like a tree; many older folks are upset. My suggestion let flag be topper for tree, they are too busy arguing than trying to work out a compromise.1 -

We are almost 4 hours into our outdoor decorations. Always takes way longer that I think. Least it's in the 40s! And my nsv I'm up and down way easier than last year!
The zoo had some amazing light displays last night!
