    Well, looks like they caught the United Healthcare CEO shooter. A highly intelligent, well educated, tech guy from a prominent Baltimore family. Not what I expected.
    Bravo Mike! Glad to hear the concert was a good time, even if not well attended.
    Prayers for your DW, Sam.
    Time to go to work and avoid eating Xmas goodies dropped off by well meaning clients. Ate three cookies yesterday. Delicious, but not good.

    I have not seen the news for a day or so. That is good regarding the UHC shooter.

    I cannot type with a cat on my lap pawing at my arms. Sheesh!

    A couple of errands today. Connie helped me with the house cleaning yesterday because of my ribs. They still hurt. I've been wearing an oversized Ace bandage which seems to help.

    Bill, congratulations on the house(s)! That's awesome.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Got the grandkids off to school, yesterday and the CRV is back in the garage, where it belongs. Life is back to normal.

    Should be dry today. I'll try to get out for a nice long walk. I thought about hiking, but didn't sleep well and don't want to make a long drive to a trailhead.

    Good Morning

    Well regarding the fellow who murdered the UHC CEO, it shows that such mindsets come in a variety of guises. I am still saddened by those who cheered him on as a champion of healthcare justice.

    We got our house money, waiting for the call to authorize the transfer of funds back into our retirement account. I started working on insurance for the new house. A bit of a tedious process. With a day of nice weather we are headed to Florence to pick up our mail and take care of a few things and perhaps explore a bit. Only pending issue on our housing is our request for remediation of a couple things form the inspection report. Nothing pending except that. A good place to be.

    Good mor… uh, afternoon. At the clinic getting an echocardiogram. Every 2 years, checking on heart murmur.

    Freezing rain this morning. I spent it purging old files and am now offering family two file cabinets. Enough floor space for a new 116 year old piano.

    CEO shooter—Crazy world we live in.
