- Is today is disembark day....hoping you are both having an incredible journey (relaxing/rejuvenating), Dennis & Kris!
- The monthly HOA meeting is this afternoon. DW is coming and loaded for bear; they kicked the wrong dog for this fight. Her gander makes mine seem childish and innocent. It should be interesting.
- VA Doc visit yesterday. He thinks the headaches may be related to sleep apnea. We'll see. Meeting an ENT in January (nothing fast in the VA).
- Anxious for time off. Today is my Friday. Next week SHOULD be light - then off for two weeks before the silliness that is transition pomp and circumstance begins.
- Scale and I are not having a good week - I am not posting higher #'s but it's not giving me lower #'s either! Friday WI, trekking for a stalemate, me thinks.

Christmas party today and Exec Christmas dinner tonight; so, of course I was up at 4 today for no reason1 -
Morning gang
Took Ron to the doctor yesterday. He thinks it's just a pinched nerve and prescribed motrin. But if not significantly better in 3 days will do an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot. Neither think it is gout because Ron knows what that feels like, his gout med did nothing to relieve and not red and hot. Today we went for blood work as he is going back next week for a general checkup.
His foot is noticeably less swelled this morning so hopefully on the mend.
I haven't decided if I'm going to the gym without him. I don't really like driving there so will likely just do yoga at home. But then no WI.
A brewery in town has 3x2 today so maybe there later.0 -

Dinner on Tuesday night with my brothers was good, nice to see them!! Last night out with our old neighbors whom we haven't see in 2 years. Was great to catch up! Then Friday is dh's work dinner party. I order the salmon, first time ever ordering that. Saturday is my bffs birthday dinner at a steakhouse on a lake.... and then we hope to find some live music!
Brrrrr I'm not ready for it to be this cold here!

One best thing I did for myself in 2024 was to be treated for sleep apnea! I sleep a straight 7, sometimes 8 hours now! And I'm losing weight and have more energy!!!

Dennis, that is pretty cool. Small world. Lots of flyboys and girls with Ft Carson Army Airbase, the AF academy, and the SpaceForce base. One of my hunt club friends has a nephew at Ft Carson who is the meteorologist for the Airbase.0
