If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

Name: (if you'd like to share)

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Mondays
12/2/24 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
12/9/24
12/16/24
12/23/24
12/30/24 (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month

It was also suggested that we could track our measurements at the beginning of each month to see how we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

    I ended up exactly the same as I was at the beginning of last month so I'm determined to do better this month! I've been hovering around the same number since I got back from holiday in October :'(

    I almost didn't step on the scale this morning because I wasnt feeling it. I have tracked each day and have stayed mostly within my ranges (36 day logging streak) but I did make some less-than-ideal choices on Wednesday (take out lo-mein and 2 donuts). I enjoyed every bite but I did get back to it yesterday :)

    Whew, I just got back from a trip to visit my mom in the deep south for Thanksgiving and stayed over two weeks but I managed to maintain my weight! 🙌 We ate out quite a bit and I didn't hold back on enjoying lots of soul food so I'm happy about maintaining.

    I don't know if I'll be able to make my modest goal this month but I'm motivated to stay 100% on track until the feast on Christmas. A few days after Christmas I'll be traveling to visit my brother and his family, so that will be a few more untracked days this month. Still, I will be able to keep on track for the vast majority of the rest of the month, so that's what I'm focusing on. 🌟

    I can tell that with all the extra activities this month, weight loss is going to be a challenge. What I'm really trying to do is track everything as best as I can, and limit (and measure) my portions. I can have 1 or 2 cookies - but not 10.
