Wanted to sleep in. Tucker preferred to be up for Long Beach walk. Now I just need coffee.
Dinner out with DBIL/DSIL tonight.
Maybe some bowl games this afternoon.
With Snoop Dogg sponsoring the Arizona Bowl does this mean we can’t expect anymore Hail Mary’s? They’ll be replaced by Hail Marley’s.

Going on a pheasant hunt today with DDIL dad and DS#1. DS#2 still not feeling good. Babe and Lucy are busting with enthusiasm. Another sunny day in Colorado.

No outdoor activities in Tumwater - another rainy day. Plan for some shop time this morning and driving Miss Rita this afternoon. She wants to shop for bargains on Christmas lights.0 -
Morning gang
We have one more day in Mexico. On the plate today is a beach walk, drop off donations, laundry and finish packing up. Then photograph the whole house so when they don't want to give back the security deposit I have some proof we left it nice.
Then meeting the parrothead group for a boat ride at sunset/ lighted parade. Going to have to wear all my layers...it will be chilly on the water.
We are aiming to leave tomorrow by 5am. 4 hours to the border and at least 1 hour there. Probably more. Then hoping to make it to El paso for the night. Will be a long haul. It's 10 hour a with no stops. There are other options to stop sooner but I'm hoping for a less early day on Monday but we need to be in San Antonio by 4:30 for our vaccine appointment.0 -

The snow is all gone and it's sunny and 48F here! Unusual for Wisconsin this time of year.
Which means dh says we will take down the outdoor lights and decorations this afternoon. I'm fine with that. I don't like doing it in below zero temps, which has been the case in the past. I'll enjoy my inside decorations for a few more days though.
We have been looking for end of season discounts on outdoor lights here and online, finding nothing we are after...dh wants to outline the shed next year.

I had a fun day yesterday with my dgs. We played with new gifts of duplos, cars, remote control firetruck, farm animals, puzzles and read many new books.
Spectrum cable tv and internet raised our price to over $200 a month. Say bye bye.
The rest of my weekend is going to be relaxed, take a walk, and some reading.
My Fri WI showed gain of 1.6lbs. Yeap confession! I was not fully op.
I Expected more of a gain, actually. I tossed the sweets and junk out this morning and put the brakes on. I need fasting blood labs next week. Plenty of time to reverse any traces of higher than should be blood sugars...
