Stormy in Georgia this morning.
Did not make it to brothers yesterday, over 2 1/2 hours away plus heavy fog and DW not feeling well I stayed home.
With both of us sneezing will not make church today, believe allergies but do not want to take chance.

Mornin' BBB
Pheasant hunt was way cool. Dogs and hoomans did well. Preserve was set about 50 miles east/north est of Colorado Springs in a very remote area. Last 30 miles was mostly unpaved roads. Meanwhile Laddy went to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo!
DS#2 is finally feeling better, but scheduled to hop on a plane back to NYC today. I'm gearing up for road trip back. Hit the rifle range out here to sight in new scope on .243 Win model 700. Successful in getting scope in, but my groups at 100 yds need work. Not sure if its my eyes or my technique, probably both. Going back to practice again before leaving for Virginia hunt.

Good morning
Today the tree comes down. Got all the outside decor put away yesterday in the mild 49F high temps and the sun felt so good while outside.
Going to make split pea soup with my ham bone later. Yummm
Hope Steph and Ron are on track as they expected!

Most of the day was spent at the mall yesterday because
1. Cecilia hates me.
2. It's dog-friendly.
In other news, Cecilia got her first up close encounter with dog farts yesterday as well. She was on the floor on her yoga mat and he laid diet next to her head and tooted. Still laughing thinking about it.0 -
I wonder if the redskin fans are remotely at all even a little happy yet. Rookie with tonites W going into post season...
