    The heat is running here so I'm guessing it's chilly out at least by texas standards. Need to get a walk in today.

    Back when I was a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, they conducted a fun poll of members on the worst climates in the U.S. Buffalo, NY was the worst in winter, Houston the worst in summer. You're in Houston at the right time of year, Steph.

    My college football year came to a crashing end, yesterday. So, it goes. My time as a Duck, Seahawk and Mariner fan has gotten me used to disappointment.

    Holidays are over. Back to tracking and planning so I can get rid of the 6 lbs. I gained over the last 10 days.

    The Ducks had a great year! There are 133 division 1 college football teams, and they were among the last teams standing. That said, I hope my Dawgs beat Notre Dame this afternoon.

    Good afternoon, folks.

    That Texas-ASU game gave me palpitations and I'm not even a real fan.

    Last night we figured out what happened with the dog. Found the broken up pills in the carpet. Little poop factory cheeked and spit them out. 😢
