    Seeing ortho and primary today. Looking to set up knee replacement. Had first one done 7 years ago. Time to do the other one.
    Cold and windy. I can deal with cold, but the wind is killing me.

    It was cloudy yesterday and i still wore my sunglasses because of the wind, Lee. How long is the recovery?

    Skip - I hear if you get the lime prep and mix it with vodka you won't care that your pooping yourself after a while.

    I was back to half days at work in less than two weeks last time. 4 weeks before working full days.

    Continued cool and dry here, once again. Great start to 2025 out here. Sorry for all you frigid, windy and snowy folks.

    For once, DW has no plans for me today. I'll be in the shop, visiting Home Depot and doing my best to stay occupied. Choir tonight.

    Probably a good choice, Lee. My mom had a knee replaced at age 85 and regretted not getting the second one done. It really limited her by her mid-90s, but she had grown too frail to get through the surgery by then. She had to use a walker the last five years of her life. I'd say it is best to not put off the inevitable.

    Good Morning,
    Very cold here, waiting for temp to get to freezing before taking Pablo for walk. He has been in backyard several times already.
    First day this week DW does not have appointments in Athens, next week several appointments daily.
    Expecting winter mix tomorrow.
    Weight slowly coming back down, still 6 lbs over where I was first of November.
    Everyone tells me when joint replacement recommended to go ahead and get done to enjoy life to fullest. Hope I'm still getting shoulder replaced end of February will have to schedule around DW's treatments.
    Good pooping Skip. If trying Lou's recommendation get some thick diapers will not know when you need to poop, can be like really old folks and just sit there.
