    Off for vet appt. Haircut. And brew restock.

    Morning all

    It's raining again here. Sign. Our sloth tour yesterday was thwarted by a mud slide that closed the road. However the day turned out pretty good anyway. Stopped for a coffee and there was a bird feeder nearby so saw many jungle birds including a toucan.

    In the afternoon went for a beer at the nearby brewery and got invited on a boat ride and saw many howler monkeys and several sloths.

    No dog (or duck) in the fight so I didn't really care about who won the game. Happy for our Buckeye folk, though.

    Want to make some walnut shavings in the shop today and then watch some NFL football.

    • I got to sleep in this morning which is always appreciated.
    • Roads are still slick here, but it is supposed to warm up today and the ice and snow should melt.
    • Good football game last night until Texas's late turnover.
    • Waiting to hear more about Steph's Jungle Adventures.

    Good Morning,
    Joanne is doing better than expected, yesterday believe she was running a fever, low energy level and some stomach issues, fever gone today and blood sugar levels are back to acceptable levels. Stomach issues continue, believe she has an appointment everyday next week.
    Roads are melting, sidewalks and steps still frozen. sun predicted to appear this afternoon.

    Glad the backside inspections went well. Mine is on the 7th. Time is still TBD, but it better be early.

    Dog has been walked, pooped, and fed. No idea what we'll do with the day. Too chilly to take meals outside for him to join us.
