Hi all. I'm Brisingr. My weigh in day is Friday. I'm currently 199 and probably only looking to lose a few pounds or maintain in February as I'm still nursing twins. Once I've weaned, goal weight is 135. My eating habits have gotten out of hand (nursing twins hides a lot of sins) and I want to get it under control and establish some healthier habits before I wean (without seriously restricting and tanking supply, IYKYK). I had to go into the office this week (Mon-Thurs) for our quarterly Business Review mtgs which meant breakfast and lunches with peers and leadership and team building dinner and drinks. Did I learn a lot? Yes. Was it great to work face to face with my colleagues again ? Absolutely. Did they have a lot of healthy options on the various buffet? Not really. I'm disappointed that I'm basically back o where I ended December but I'm back in control of my meals and have the weekend to get out and move so I'm looking forward to crushing it this week!1 -

I would pick my beautiful husky Aspen .... she is an amazing dog

Thank you but I can't because I try to do 7+ miles per day on my bike too & get no steps for that so 10,000 per day is too much for me1

Sorry I was just thinking I have a cadence counter on my pedal which counts the strokes. If I can add that into my daily step count I would go for 10,000 per day. Each mile averages 274 strokes. U can decide what to put me down for.1 -
