    My goals hmnmmm

    1. Pre plan and track food on a Saturday
    2. Don't find an excuse not to do Tuesday nights weights (I'm good at finding excuses)
    3. Celebrate my success and don't beat myself up when I can't

My February goals are all around exercise as I'm happy for my weight to drift down from "Christmas Porkiness" to "Spring MAMIL" in an erractic and painless way.

1/ Cycle as much as the weather allows (this week looks awful, freezing and snowy).
2/ Keep up my home strength training every other day. Find it boring compared to the gym but needs must.
3/ Progress towards 100 press ups. No time limit as not sure how a couple of old shoulder injuries will react. Started at 31and now up to 44 but progress will slow I'm sure.

I would say light weight as I was cycling in the snow today when there was a blizzard. But you would probably say it doesn't count as it's inside :)
