Habit Tracker - March 2025

Everyone on any F2F team is welcome to use our habit tracking spreadsheet. Follow the easy steps below to get tracking the habits you want to make a part of your healthy lifestyle!

Here is how it works:

1. Open MARCH 2025 HABIT TRACKER
2. Pick your team from tabs at the bottom of the screen, and click on it.
3. Put your MFP username in the column on the left (highlight "name" and type yours to replace it).
4. Add up to five habits you want to track daily. (you can revise this any time if needed)
5. Check the box every day when you do it.
6. Watch the green check marks accumulate and your progress go smoothly!

*TIP* Bookmark the Habit Tracker so you can find it easily on your computer or device.
*TIP #2* be sure you are logged in to Google or you may not be able to enter your information

It is completely up to you to update your own tracker. Do it every time you finish, daily, weekly - however you want. Tell your team how awesome you are!

    I’m not clear on the March 2025 tracker. I downloaded the app. I see the one spreadsheet where my name is on there for weekly weigh ins. But there is another spreadsheet where I put my 5 habits but no one else is on there. Is this correct? I checked on the group spreadsheet but can’t find where to document my habit goals.

    Hi Cheri,

    Yes, it looks like you did it correctly. The habit tracker is voluntary which is why not everyone's name is on there. You sign up if you want to. If you did the habit for the day, you click the box which gives you a green check mark. I hope that helps.
