Not a fan of this DST.

It's a lazy day before returning to the fray tomorrow.

    Cheers,

    Morning gang

Went to cheers last night to see a band. It's only 2 blocks away and currently haw 2 decent IPA 's on tap. Met several other expats and got invited by several to see another band on Monday afternoon.

Toda meeting the hiking group for either a 1.5 hour hike around town (if muddy) or a 3 hour hike that will be much hillier. The fat me says we should do the longer one. The other me that just arrived at 8000ft says we should do the shorter one. It did rain overnight so we will see.

Had a 3.1 earthquake in the middle of the night. Homes here are built for it but it's still a crazy feeling. I was awake but I think it would have awakened me.

I like the time change this time...in now in the same time zone as most of the people I call or text.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Ate too much cake last night but really enjoyed spending time with family.

Six years ago, Oregon, Washington and California all passed legislation to stay on DST year-round. That needed a rubber stamp from the president and Congress, however, and it was disapproved due to all three states being of the blue variety. I like the additional hour of daylight in the evening.

A bit of Boston in the Andes. Eight thousand feet would be enough for me to shorten a walk. Anything over 5,000 feet affects me. My higher hikes in the Cascades always lead to attacks of exercise-induced asthma.

Church this morning, driving Miss Rita in the afternoon.

    Good Afternoon,

    Been churched,

Too much cake once a year will not hurt one. plus, as we age, they now say we need a little more weight to sustain us if we get sick.

High 50's with some rain today

I really like DST will take me about a week to adjust.

    Good Sunday morning BBB Friends.

    • I've been churched and schooled.
    • All the shopping for tomorrows Methodist Men's breakfast completed.
    • Made my walk thru the house and garage last night and adjusted the clocks that needed it. More and more of them are internet connected and adjust automatically.
    • Take good care of Miss Rita.

    Good morning

Late night here with my exdsil's. Made several pounds of dog food for the 100lb black lab-rotty mix the local one has, named Mack. Drank some wine and just chatted it up to 1230a old time. They all stayed over. Then up early to head out for breakfast together and airport drop off. I'm taking a nap soon.

Dh just got back from Indy. He has Nascar on.

I'm like it lighter outside later !

    Be well BBB
