Week 1 Update

I just finished my first week tracking calories and today will be day 4 of going to planet fitness. As of today I am down 7lbs! The best part about this week has been that I discovered I actually enjoy going to the gym (even if I’m only brave enough to do the treadmill right now). Never thought I’d say that, especially at my size. Here’s to going into week 2!

    Congratulations! That's so wonderful!

    It's day one of my journey. I can't go to PF but I'm trying to be more active at home (treadmill use and a workout plan). This'll be a challenge but I am so ready to have a better relationship with food and workouts. So one day down, 6 more to go. I can do this!
