    Puppy Hannah likely has been out, fed and maybe back to bed?

    I'm in the kitchen this morning making chocolate layered mint brownies for tomorrow's dinner at ds2s. They invited us over for corned beef and Irish dinner fixings.

    Back into the 30's here today.

    Morning gang

    Up and ready to go on a hike with the hiking group. We are taking a bus to a nearby town then hiking to a waterfall. This afternoon is a party at the brewery for st Paty's with a banger pizza special. I've been rolling over points all week to cover today ( 2 slices pizza and 2 beers)and tomorrow's trip to the hot springs.

    Zero point vegetable and lentil soup already made for dinner both nights. Or 3 point salads ingredients too.

    Sorry Skip. I recommend a lot of Tucker time. I find dogs to give the best advice on life.

    Just finished in home PT that I am supposed to do twice a day between seeing the pro PT guy. MOTHER TUCKER. I have never been so glad to lie down with an ice pack on my knee. Assisted knee extensions with a weight on top of my knee and then assisted knee flexion with a strap trying to bring my heel to my tush created some serious grimacing. The pro PT guy doesn't hurt me near as much.

    Hope everyone in Georgia is safe from severe weather. Arkansas saw some serious damage, it seems that the worst photos I saw involved trailer parks.

    Good Sunday morning BBB Friends.

    • Up early, worked in the AV booth for the Traditional service at church this morning.
    • Strong storms went through overnight. No damage in our area that I am aware of.
    • Hannah slept in the condo for the 2nd night in a row without much resistance.
    • DW is working at the Clubhouse this afternoon. I'll have Hannah duty.
    • I'm glad to hear the Doc is listening to his Doc and taking PT seriously.
    • Happy hiking, happy baking and I imagine our friend in NOVA will be watching NASCAR this afternoon.

    Plenty of lighting and wind early morning but no damage seen.

    I believe DW told me we have 3 doctors appoints Tuesday and 2 Wednesday. Orthopedic is supposed to call Tuesday, bet it will be Wednesday before I hear.

    Glad Hannah is adjusting, if you need a bad influencer, we can introduce her Pablo.
