    Good morning!

Lee, skiing sounds fun. I've never done it, but I am happy that you are thinking about that for next year. I still hope that you find an opportunity to move out there sooner than next Spring.

Sam, you are right! When I don't do things that are on my list for me, then that is when I start feeling over pushed. I took it slower yesterday and that helped. Frankie let me sleep until 7:00 this morning and that really helped. I have a prioritized to do list. I think you guys would be disappointed if I didn't. I want to have a list so that I can organize what I want to accomplish, but I don't need to let the list rule me. Time for me to get out with my camera on a hike. Not today, however, as rain is expected this morning.

Today is opening day for baseball. This is a sure sign of Spring!

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Forecast for severe weather, yesterday, was a bit bust. No lightning for us, no high winds, just some rain. More of the same, today.

Just for another perspective, Steve: I never make lists of things to do. I do try to do something, most of the time. Just being sedentary leaves me feeling tired and listless. I kind of look at the day ahead and decide how to spend it. If the lawn needs mowing, the truck needs washing, the fish need catching, that's what I do. But I never decide to sit around and do nothing. To me that's the path to an early grave. Today, I think I will finish a bowl in my shop and maybe cut up some logs to start roughing some more pieces.

Gosh Lee up at 3 a.m. to chat with DW. Nice. Nice photo Dave of your hike.

Yup Severe Weather forecast a total bust in PDX too. A little rain (0.25 inch) that's about it.

We did have two "really hot" (For March record setters) of 80deg and 82deg) biking in the afternoon in just bike shorts and short sleeve jersey and was really almost too hot going up some short hills. Not use to that.

Good luck all with all the upcoming treatments for yourselves and family.

    Good Morning

Sam, that medical schedule you two are facing is a bit daunting.

Like Dave and Bob said so far this new round of storms has been a bust. Barely any rain. But we did get down to the beach early to escape the weather yesterday. We walked for a couple miles along the shore. There were quite a lot of logs and branches washed up that had come down the river these past weeks. We should be able to gt out somewhere for a hike or walk this morning. Then it will be reorganizing the garage which didn’t get far on yesterday.

    Afternoon gents.

Busy morning with PT, meeting with handyman contractor, laundry, delivering boat to shop to fix compression issues diagnosed last fall, and grocery shopping. Now watching some opening day baseball.

M is up at 3 am Mountain time, its 5 am EST for me.

Glad the bad weather didn't happen.

    Onward and downward ;-)

Was a cold wintery feeling morning but finally warmed up into 40s at least. Met with group again for piano practice; heard that husband of Sr. Center board person is a piano teacher and may sub for awhile. Did some grocery shopping afterwards. Prices are out of sight these days…

Nice hike picture, Dave. My farthest hike was 10 miles round trip, although the elevation gain was 4000 feet. Mount Katahdin, Maine. But that was 15 years ago.
