Good News, Bad News. Good News! I'm up to 30 squares done (13 done today). Bad News! I'm up to 23 squares/day to finish by Sunday, from 17 squares/day yesterday :p. BUT, I am getting stuff done 💃🎉🎈🥳

I finally have some progress to share!!! :) I think I'm going to create a new one tomorrow to start working on the next area- family room. I will keep the unfinished ones in the new one

Thursday update, Wk 3 ~
Just 4 squares done today (made progress on 3 others, also). 😬 My tracker now says 30 squares/day to finish by Sunday !!!
My goal is to have my 'leftovers' fit on one board for next week 🤨

Ok! New bingo card created. I'm kind of shocked! As I went through the house in my mind, I realized that I really don't have a ton of stuff to declutter! I am really proud of myself and what I've accomplished! I still have more to think about (Closets, attic), but for now, I'm happy with this list. I've also dated it so I can keep track of how long it takes me to do the things (and shame me when I'm ignoring it! LOL )

Saturday update, wk 3 ~
Up to 58 squares done today (48 yesterday), but I added 3 new squares today, so 12 empty squares (from 15 yesterday).

Week 3 final (late!) update!
Last week's boards - I separated out stats for current boards and leftovers boards. I ended up :
- finishing 71 squares of 128 task squares; 62 of those were new tasks, 9 of those were stale tasks;
- 3 (new tasks) were also in progress (all were 1 of 2 done) when the week ended;
- 6 were Free Spaces, 16 were Empty Squares; there was 150 total for all squares, on 6 boards.
- 46 task squares were rolled to new boards (most of them from that 1st week's boards! 13 were current task squares, 33 were stale task squares);
- 8 were crossed off b/c they weren't needed (grocery run, etc), or they can't be rolled to the new week (time sensitive, like missed planned workouts, etc).
I did okay (72%) on current boards (boards 1-4, fitness, home, food, other). I did terrible (21%) on clearing old stuff (all the things I put on the 1st week's boards :p). Overall completion rate 55%.
Goal this week - improve completion rate on old stuff, maintain or improve completion rate on new stuff.
Of my current boards,
- my best boards are 'Other' (probably b/c it's filled with stuff I want to do ;-) ),
- and 'Food', both because Freggies have been a main focus for several months (I guess I'm getting better about it - only as long as I'm actively monitoring it, tho, I've noticed!), and because I don't have any 'stay under calories' task squares on my Food board. (I probably should change that next week )
- And my worst board is 'Home' because … oh, just because! :p
- Fitness is neither the best, nor the worst. (I don't know if that's good, or bad. lol I guess if I met all my Fitness goals, they might be too easy? Maybe not.)

Week 5, Monday update!
I started typing this is the What's Your Focus thread, but it should go here, so … copy/paste!
Over the weekend I made the decision to make my Bingo Boards for Wk 4 into 2-wk boards for Wks 4 and 5, since I spent most of last week updating the spreadsheet, instead of doing the stuff :p. The next Bingo Boards I make will take mush less time, however.
- I taught myself how to randomize this lists inside the sheets,
- and to auto-populate the task squares in the larger Bingo Planning Cards squares (I have 2 versions of the Bingo Cards, a 'planning card' where I can pencil in notes about the task, and plot out the week, and an 'at-a-glance' section where I can see quickly what's done and what needs doing).
- Added two more categories to the Task Status Dropdowns: 'Roll to Next Week', and 'Crossed Off'
- The at-a-glance boards squares' conditional formatting isn't completely finished still, the color changes for 'Roll to Next Week' and 'Crossed Off' aren't in those boards yet.
- Oh, I also did update the Conditional Formatting for all 6 boards thru 'Empty Square' boards 1-4 were only done through 'Complete' before this week, and boards 5-6 didn't have conditional formatting yet). Conditional Formatting = Still To Do - Penciled in/Planned - In Progress - Complete - Bingo ! - Empty Square - Roll to Next Week - Crossed Off.
- And added Dropdowns for Day Planned, and Day Completed.
- For now, those will just make scanning for days easier on the eyes, but I hope to eventually be able to use those fields to auto-populate the 'Today's Tasks' lists. That's on the back burner, tho. For now, it's time to actually work on the stuff.
- I also changed the background colors for all three sets of Dropdowns to match the background color of the Planning Bingo Cards, another change for ease on the eyes, while scanning the cards to plot the week/days.
