Good morning!
It was great hearing from Sam! Praying that the healing is swift and complete. Prayers of thanksgiving for improvements with Joanne.
I was able to fix the leak in my lawn mower yesterday. It was a loose oil filter. I changed the filter, changed the oil, aired the tires. Now except for sharpening the blades, I am ready to mow today.
I hurt my rib badly yesterday while leaning over and moving my small air compressor. I get surprised at how a simple twist or bending over can really hurt me still. I iced it last night, but it is still hurting this morning. I do plan on mowing today. It has been four months since I broke my rib. It has healed a lot, but is still not fully healed and I sometimes forget to be more careful with it.
Have a great day!

Mornin'. Foggy, cold and dismal looking outside. 34º. Weatherman says, Tomorrow the sun will come out. Has been a cold damp spring. We'll see.
Bible study this morning. I know they'll be having leftover birthday cake and have to just stay away from the serving table.
Some good news from Sam, and from Bob. Dave, that's an expensive drug for sure; luck your VA ins. covers; if it works it must be worth it.
Have a good day…

Good morning gentlemen.
Yeah, great to hear from Sam. Wonderful that Joanne is off oxygen, too.
Glad I have never had a rib injury. I hurt just hearing about Steve's issues.
Banking is on the agenda today. We have a CD maturing. If we let them just roll over, they drop the interest rate to almost nothing, so we have to go negotiate a better return. I guess we should just be glad we have money in the bank to worry about.
Still working on tracking. I have dropped 4 lbs. in the last 10 days. Have another 8 to 10 lbs. to go, though.

Good Morning
It was good to hear from Sam and Bob and to here of Joanne’s improvement.
We have pushed ourselves hard the last day and a half to get things moved and organized with good success. We were tired but satisfied. Our son drove up from SF and arrived at midnight for a few days of couch surfing. It is good to be together again in the family home. Next week Heather’s twin and her husband comes for a couple days as well. Today we will restock with groceries for the week. Life might be normalizing.0 -
Glad that Sam is doing OK considering all that surgery and that Joanne is off of oxygen.
Yeah rib injuries are not good. No Dave ya don't want to crack or break one. Not fun indeed.
I too have tracked the last 8 days in a row and I think it's working. Slow but surely.
Gosh Steve and Lee don't overdo it. I know easy for me to say!
Don't know if I said but my ear bx was an actinic keratosis so just needs to be watched. Also my doc said she felt that she took the whole area in the bx so may not need something like cryo at least in the foreseeable future.
Hang in there Bill with all your family visitors.
Cheers all
