    Good morning gentlemen.

It's been a long time since I started us off.

Nice day, yesterday; back to rain, today. I got the lawn mown yesterday. I also made a pot of chicken chili. Zero points for a bowl, so I could add a spoonful of sour cream with a clear conscience.

Cleaning up the shop, today. Choir practice tonight. We're doing a big cantata on Sunday. We'll go through the whole thing tonight, then have a dress rehearsal with the musicians on Saturday morning.

    Yup! where is everybody???

Nice Dave. Sounds like a great event for Palm Sunday. My DW is playing bells on Palm Sunday with the bell choir broken toe and all. She stubbed and broke her pinky toe yesterday so we spent time in the urgent care/immediate care place yesterday. Fortunately it wasn't too busy. It was a clean nondisplaced fracture or what I use to call a green stick fracture. Her pinky toe was still pretty straight so the Doc just had the pinky toe "buddy taped" to the toe next to it.

    Your chicken chili sounds amazing!!

    cheers.

    Good Morning

Our eldest just left to return to SF. I was given the watch this morning to make sure he didn't leave before Heather was awake. They both stayed up pretty late watching TV together. We only had clouds yesterday and nice temps so we went south and explored along the Umpqua River which was how we first drove to the coast several years ago on our first trip. Winter schedules still in effect so much of Loon Lake was not open to the public. We did take in the Elk heard grazing. Not a high active step day but for some reason I was very tired in the evening.

I wish I could do chicken chili or any chili. My gut won't tolerate such things anymore. You never know what is going to aggrevate it such as today. I think it likes to remind me of who is in control here. Beautiful day here. We are headed to Eugene for the day for Banking and provisions.

Well, Lee, I have liked counting with WW, but lost weight using other free apps, and can do so again. Support here replaced WW meetings for me, years ago.
