    VA appt was a no show. I sat in waiting room an hour and left. Doc called to apologize. Ugh.

    Signed for Fork in Road and Early Retirement yesterday. It’s the best of the worst options. I’m on admin leave until retiring October 4th. Sadly.

    c’mon weekend.

    So sorry for what you are going through, Skip. Paying someone to not work for six months doesn't seem very efficient, to me. But what do I know? Watch the Masters Tournament and forget about the rest of the nonsense.

    Very spring-like out here. I mowed the lawn yesterday, while Rita was planting stuff in her garden. The apple trees are starting to bud out. Flowers everywhere. And it's going to rain all day, today.

    • Uneasy times Skip. I remember when I left the Air Force without a job. I remember when I took early retirement from HP. I didn't know if I was retired or unemployed. It worked out. It might be a good time to find a low cost of living town and simplify live. I wonder if there any openings at the school in Lynchburg?
    • We are experiencing cool mornings and pleasant afternoons. I wish it could stay this way all year long.

    • No job but I have a busy day. I better get at it.

    Hopefully this shatshow works out for you Skip, and all of us too young and too poor to retire early. I've been thinking about what I'll do next, if closure comes.

    Dh says he likely will no longer retire next year. Uugghh

    Hope spring springs here soon. I need some lake time

    The Online App is great - but the WI's that I attend - I'm betting there are 3 people tops attending
