I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was fine.
The youngest and his family came home and we had a good visit. Sunday, I woke up to an 8yo poking my forehead saying Nana, Nana, wake up the Easter Bunny came! It was 6:00am, Papa and dad had just gotten inside and taken off their shoes when he came running to see. He couldn't be put off any longer than 7:00. It was 40° and windy so we had to bundle up with coats and hats. He had a blast running around. We sent him home on a sugar high, loaded up with sugar cookies and candy.
The oldest flew with his wife and baby to her parent's while they are in the process of moving. They'll be there for about a month until he gets everything settled. This will be his last duty station, he'll have his 20 years in 3years and is pretty sure he won't re-enlist. It will be nice to have him only 9 hours away instead of 2 days or across the ocean.
I hope you have a great week!

Thank you, my friends for the well wishes. CT scan reports my brain is back to normal. I am feeling much better. Cast comes off in 8 days!!
My sweet husband made our soup under my direction the other day…it was hysterical…"Why do I have to do it that way?" "Why can't I just …" …sigh…Just Do It, Man!!! 🤣😘😍 I'll still keep him!
We took Collin to the park yesterday and he dug up the dyno sand pit w/Grandpa. We'll take shovels and buckets next time. He was so cute!
Adding 12.44 miles to 20.37 which makes 32.81 miles so far.

My goodness, I had to check the date to see if this is the end of month but it's only the 23rd and we have 3 more participants reaching goal. Big congrats going out to early finishers @cpanus , @GrandmaJackie , and @Lovemyalex !
@Libi_KK I'm sorry but your ticker didn't come through and I didn't see your miles in the text so your progress isn't updated. Sounds like you had a great Easter though.
@cpanus I'm glad you're feeling better and you were able to enjoy a day at the park. Do husbands get exasperated with us too or do they know that we're just more capable? 🤣🤣🤣
