    Two things I loathe. Traffic…..and DC……

    Here I sit - after $18 in tolls; 45 minute trek; sitting in Hilton lobby 2 hours early to avoid a 90 minute commute later and $30+ tolls. Sipping on $4.50 coffee and paying $32 for a parking garage.

    "…..get back to the office they said!"

    The only people making out are private road developers and parking garages! 😡

    Fourth Round interview this morning. So far, NOT HAPPY!

    Miller will taste good tonight!

    I guess I assumed that the job you were interviewing for was in Virginia, Skip. Or is this just where their mother ship is?

    The gig will be a DC-based gig (in office 3-4 days per week). The salary will be worth the torture I guess…..though I need to find alternate transportation options!

    Good Morning,

    Fingers crossed for you Skip, those prices sound about like Atlanta, person I worked with at jail quit because they were going to move her downtown where parking is running up to $35 a day, to beat traffic many will pay tolls which vary based upon amount of traffic and folks are required to be in office no earlier than 7:30 and working no later than 6:30.

    3 appointments today; 2 for me 1 for Joanne

    Glad lake is setup, hoping for better weather this weekend.

    • Up early for my Emmaus Reunion group. Rode the motorbike which was good.
    • New dryer is scheduled for delivery today.
    • Gave up on the refrigerator this morning and ordered a new Samsung. They gave me a significant veteran discount.
    • Headed off to Athens for a haircut and chores.
    • I hope you get a chance to chill and today goes well Skip.
