Up way too late.

Great game at Nat's park and great outcome for Capitals too.

DW out of town .

Feeling melancholy. My "final contract" for "Fork In The Road" arrived todayl. 35 years of civil service wiped away in four short paragraphs! Its sorta sick.

Tomorrow will be better. Tonight just sucks.

    Work has been busy, but good busy. New doc is awesome but likes to discuss cases, a lot, but I love her attitude and the staff loves her. Just need to find another doc to pick up the slack when I depart for CO.

    Dog training and grocery shopping today.

    Beautiful weather today, with a 40-degree temperature swing. It's 35 this morning, heading for 75 this afternoon.

    • Tough time Skip but when one door closes, another opens. I went through the unplanned retirement in my 50s. It took a while, but it worked out quite well. Good luck my friend. If it was me, I would move somewhere that didn't have toll roads or high-priced parking garages.
    • Nursing old refrigerator along until the new one arrives tomorrow.
    • Lee, can I ship Hannah up to you for some training? 🙂 I'm just looking for basic commands. I picked up a flyer at PetSmart earlier this week but it's 40 miles away.
    • How long will Cecilia be gone Lou?
    • It's going to be a rainy day in Georgia.

    Tough time skip. Hope your next adventure is amazing.

    Ron's brother is in the hospital with kidney failure. Starts dialysis today. He is 56. But has diabetes and doesn't take very good care of himself. 20yo daughter. His sister will be handling even more of the load including still raising her 2 grandchildren. Sigh.

    Farmers market is going to be a soggy mess. We only need honey and flowers so might not go. The kefir lady texted to say she isn't coming and i have nothing else pre-ordered this week.

    PT this morning, true torture to shoulder but so much better than first surgery.
