Chilly morning again, but will warm up, and later in week be in the 80's. That's usually July weather for us, not April, but I'll take it.
Went out with family to Mexican restaurant last night for some appetizers. I mostly had guacamole and chips. Watched huge football player DGS wolf down a steak burrito.

Good morning!
We are expecting severe weather tonight. We have had clouds and rain every day for a week or more. Today will be about getting the yard mowed before it rains. Rain can happen any time after about 2:00 this afternoon. I'll be getting out by 9:30. The dew hampers getting started too early.
Not much else to report. I suppose that is a good thing?

"Dew hampers"? Is that when the overnight dew fall hampers cutting the lawn in the morning before it dries off?
Yup, rarely see 80 degrees this time of year in New England. Got cold and windy yesterday and I felt the crud coming on that has been making the rounds at work, so I rested and napped instead of taking boat out. I did get the girls out for some activity.
Had too much pizza this weekend. Bought a couple of pies Saturday for me and my friend to munch on Saturday night when he rolled in from VT. Ate more than my share and my share was more than I should have ate. At least the non alcoholic beer was low points. Athletic Upside Dawn, if anyone is interested. It was an IPA, I prefer the lager type.
Back on the wagon.

Good morning gentlemen.
Well, it is Monday, and that means the day we repair the broken pipe in the sprinkler system. First step will be digging it out then seeing what we need for the repair. Nothing else is planned for the day. No rain forecast and a high around 60.
The great thing about alcohol free beers, Lee, is that there are now so many to choose from. I have three different ones in the fridge right now, including a couple pints of Guiness. Many of the local craft breweries make their own alcohol-free offerings, too. It's a big shift from 15 to 20 years ago, when there were one or two brands and those were hard to find.

I wouldn't mind a nice ice cold Hoppy IPA. I rarely have beer anymore due to my stomach issues but if I do it needs to be and IPA or DIPA. Though a nice Mexican beer on a hot day is pretty sweet. Perhaps I will try and figure out why the drip emitters supposedly hooked up to the irrigation system don't work. I don't really understand the automatic systems. But I suspect there is a valve possible turned off or not working. Today I will finish reorganizing this room to add and office work table since our office space here is my son's work center. Moved the furniture around yesterday. Need to lug a 4' folding table in from the garage and then set up the IMAC and move the file boxes to where they need to be. No "Dew Hampering" here so no excuses.

Wow guess I have been AWOL a couple of days. My DW wouldn't go near anything called "PURGATORY" or " CHASM" certainly nmot anything with both names in it. So sorry about the woman who fell.
Just mild spring weather here right now and dry.
Lawn is growing like a weed even though I haven't fertilized it in over 15 years. It is fed. bit by some clover mix in but not really all that much.
Sorry about your stomach issues Bill.
A newly opened store that I like gave me a coupon for a free bag of organic Avocados starting Wednesday. I'll stop by and pick that up and a couple of limes. Guacamole in my future.
