Good morning!
We had storms yesterday, and are expecting some rain each day for the next three days. Ugh. "April showers bring May flowers." I will still be able to get some yard work done around the rain. I am slowly taking my acre back, along with the widow neighbor's half acre that I'm mowing for her.
I am finally spending more time with my photography. I have been taking several online classes for photography, and editing software like Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. I simply have not been spending the time with my hobbies as I have with "projects". That is going to change, and is changing.
Prayers for you that are healing and managing pain.
Have a great day!

Mornin'.
Growing up we never mowed grass while it was wet. One summer when I was between accounting jobs I worked for a landscaper, where one day at a rich customer's house there came a thunderstorm; unhampered, the boss told us to keep mowing. Although first he called his boss on the truck radio, who also said keep mowing. Pouring rain, crashing thunder, lightning bolts….
Bible study this morning. Never got out for a walk yesterday. Feeling stuck in a rut of sorts; overwhelmed some days by the seeming endless supply of clutter. Maybe a camping trip is in order with the mild weather here.
Onward and downward.

Good morning gentlemen.
Busy day, yesterday. Spent time in the shop, mowed the lawn, moved a couple arbor vitae for Rita, trip to the hardware store, repaired a broken PVC pipe, and took Sassy on a long walk.
It rained a little overnight but should be a pleasant 60 and partly cloudy today. More of the same, I guess. Rita will finish up the sprinkler repair - while calling for my assistance for anything too heavy for her - while I start some sort of project in the shop.

Oh I am with you Mike. I really really try not to mow grass when wet as much as possible. In the PacNW that can be a challenge and the hired "MOW AND BLOW" commercial lawn and garden guys mow by schedule but can cause a mess. I also mulch 100% of the time these days. Mulching can easily make up for at least one or two fertilizations a year for a lawn. I don't fertilize anyway just mow and edge.
Yup we had a little needed rain overnight and early this morning here too.
Good luck with your wife's appt with the oncologist today Sam.
Prayers for all with appts and pains indeed.
Cheers

Good Morning
Windy weather is supposedly easing today for a few days. Just a bit cloudy. Yesterday rested quite a bit trying to calm down my digestive issues which finally happened in the evening. Feeling better today so I am hoping to be more productive and finish setting up the office space I created in this now very crowded room. Heather is in a bad pain season so I am not sure if she will want to walk or not. I could use one. When my stomach is "active" walking is not enjoyable. The Dulcimer needs a bit of tuning. Thankfully the indoor humidity here has been fairly stable and not taken it to far out of tune. I need to get out and water the beds outside.
