A good day, work and a beachfront walk. Only actually ended up eating dinner and dessert of yogurt and granola today. I'm finding that when I'm not training, a single meal per day is actually all I need. When I'm training I do need more fuel, especially protein, which does take planning.
Logged all my food and under my budget and hit my step goal easily with the walk.

Thursday 1st May - Jour du Travail, a day no one works in France. Lily of the valley, muguet, is the traditional flower / bouquet for May Day in France.
Exercice: Yes, walking, two hours, 17.500 steps. There's no public transport, no Pilates, no swimming pool.
Calories: Yes, stayed under budget
Tracking: Yes, logged everything

My aims for May: Losing my excess kilo - I'm at 63.5 today - and go back to maintaining between 61.5 kg and 62.5 kg. Tricky, because I am off to Italy on Saturday, for a month.
Keep up the exercice: Find the public pool, the Yoga class. Walking is not a problem!

May efforts - continue to understand how much to eat - tracking is a tool for that. It's reigning in the extra that continues to challenge me. Working towards better health markers at next 6m doc visit, so this remains top priority.

Got in a 75 minute yoga practice and then home to do some gardening in my lovely, sun-drenched yard! It was glorious!
My goals for May:
Fewer pass days - I am going to shoot for 6, because 3 is still a bar too high for me!
Get my garden planted.
Replace 3X per week when I would usually take the car, with walking or biking to my destination instead.
