    May efforts - continue to understand how much to eat - tracking is a tool for that. It's reigning in the extra that continues to challenge me. Working towards better health markers at next 6m doc visit, so this remains top priority.

    Starting out with a pass day due to a very stressful day.

    My mini goal for this month is to walk every day, hopefully earlier in the day, so it is done before I get tired.

    Yes to all three today!

    Got in a 75 minute yoga practice and then home to do some gardening in my lovely, sun-drenched yard! It was glorious!

    My goals for May:
    Fewer pass days - I am going to shoot for 6, because 3 is still a bar too high for me!
    Get my garden planted.
    Replace 3X per week when I would usually take the car, with walking or biking to my destination instead.
    Down 1-2 pounds by months end.
