    Good morning!

Prayers of condolence for those of us grieving the loss of our mothers today. Joy to those of use celebrating the mother's of our children.

I'm hoping that the mother of my children won't want to do a lot today and just rest from her sister being here.

Yesterday was another tiring day, but it was so very good to be with family. We simply have not done that much over the last several years.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning,

Joanne is back home, had to take all lymph nodes on right side and is back on oxygen, but hopefully improving.

Hard playing nurse when only able to use right hand but we are adjusting.

She cannot drive for a while and has several doctors appointments this week, and I have two torture sections.

Hope all show all mothers appreciation whether your mother, your children's mother or a caring influence on children.

Beautiful spring morning here. My sore throat is evolving into a cough and runny nose. Bought a new COVID test kit, as my others were a year expired; it was negative but supposed to retest tomorrow to confirm. Took tylenol last night and slept better.

Watched Celtics-Nicks game with DS. Picked up a wood-fired pizza, topped with cherry tomatoes and roasted garlic, from a food truck in town. Best I've ever tasted; DS said the same.

I steer clear of EX on Mothers Dad; complicated, but I figure I'll give her some space with the kids… it's her day to enjoy. Might catch the historical piano concert this afternoon, an hour's country road drive from here.

Happy mothers day to all the moms in our families.

    Onward and downward.

    Mornin' gents.

    Glorious day here.

So good to hear Joanne is home. Prayers continue for her and her one armed nurse.

Enjoy the day with your favorite mother if you can, and give remembrance to those in absentia.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Good morning gentlemen.

Great to hear that Joanne is home. Prayers continue.

I have a presentation before church this morning, on hiking. It's one of a series demonstrating our connection with the natural world. The first was from a fly fisherman. Last week our DDIL talked about foraging for wild mushrooms. I feel a spiritual connection when I am hiking, so I guess it is appropriate.

After that, my day is devoted to the mother of my son.

DW got a nice call from our son and a nice small bag/basket w some chocolates ets from our daughter who is off doing pickle ball etc. DW is doing a Mother's Day Tea at the church too which is basically for the women folk.

    Good Morning

It is indeed to hear Joanne is home. Prayers continue for an uneventful recovery and a successful outcome. Prayers for Sam for what sounds like a busy week ahead.

We will head to a Mother's Day tea midday at the Tea House down in old town Florence. This was one of Heather's favorite things to do on Mother's day. We got our replacement credit cards after ours were cancelled due to some fraudulent activity BofA detected. Now I have to go online and change alot of my auto payments to the new card. I started my flexibility and mobility workouts yesterday. Made a difference. An old daily habit to restart. I wasn't allowed to do any of it after back surgery and then we got busy with moving. I felt the burn in my left hip. Daily application should help with that and also to extend my walking.
