Exercise included walking down to the bus stop this morning to catch the coach. The coach was late so the 20 minute walk was extended by another 20 minutes of pacing around. More walking during the stops, now at nearly 11,000 steps.
Tracked? Breakfast was at home, lunch was a packet of sandwiches with a nutrition label, snacks were brought from home so I just had to make some estimates of dinner.
Calories were within my allowance (I allow extra when I'm on holiday)
