There is no feeling better than waking up in the morning proud of the choices you made the day before!

I had one of those days where I was so busy that I just kind of picked at food throughout the day….a couple of these, a little of that…..no way to properly track so one pass day down and it's only June 4th. 😖

We are away for a few days on a coach holiday. Tuesday included driving an hour and a half to the river Thames to get on a boat for a cruise - another 90 minutes of mostly sitting - then back on the coach to drive back to the hotel via a stop in a little town on the river. By the time I got back to the hotel I had scarcely done 7,000 steps so I went out for a walk. I walked around the hotel grounds for more than 20 minutes, so yes, I did do my intentional exercise!
I tracked as best I could - quite a lot of estimates, but I included everything.
Calories were ok- I allow extra when I'm on holiday.
So no pass days yet
