I took a rest day today. I didn't work out and I didn't do much walking around. I walked a bit around the car dealership. My apple watch only says 7 minutes of exercise. I have 5,132 steps.

- 52 mins housework (litter boxes, bathroom swish & swipe, dry/fold lol (load of laundry), two 15s timers cleaning/organizings things and shelves in the bathroom,
- 6 mins stretching video
- 39 minutes PTEs routine (oo! quick today!)
- 61 minutes two weights circuits (upper/core, and lower) at Planet Fitness
Wed - 74 minutes:
- 71 mins housework (litter boxes, bathroom swish & swipe, dry/fold lol (load of laundry), two 15s timers cleaning/organizings things and shelves in the bathroom.
- 3 mins PTE stretch exercise (Gastroc Stretch on Wall)
Tue - 117 minutes:
- 54 minutes two weights circuits (upper/core, and lower) at Planet Fitness
- 24 min PTEs routine (getting quicker with those lateral and forward stepdowns, and reverse lunges!)
- 20 mins other part of PTE routine
- 10 min yoga video
- 9 min stretching video
Mon - 3 minutes:
- 3 mins PTE stretch exercise (Gastroc Stretch on Wall) yup, that's it 🤐
Sun - 0 minutes:
